Notifications

Threaded keeps your team moving by notifying you when something needs your attention. Notifications are triggered by three events:

• Action assigned You have been assigned an Action by a teammate
• @mention Someone has mentioned you in a comment, CR conversation, or Action
• Organization invite You have been added to a new organization

#Viewing Notifications

Notifications are accessible via the bell icon in the top right corner of the app. A red dot on the bell icon indicates you have unread notifications. Clicking the bell opens your notification feed, where you can see all recent notifications and mark them as read. Clicking on any notification takes you directly to the relevant comment, Action, or organization. Notifications are also sent via email so you stay informed even when you’re not active in the app.

#In-App Alerts

While you are active in Threaded, a small banner will appear in the app when you receive a new @mention or are assigned a new Action so you don’t miss updates while you’re working.

#Mobile and Desktop Notifications

If you have downloaded the Threaded mobile or desktop app, notifications are also delivered through your device’s native notification system, keeping you informed even when you’re not actively using the app.
