Value Stream Map gains a focused group view, a process node info panel, and universal search for nodes and groups—plus clearer media usage in the work instruction library.
Map: Open a map scoped to a single process group, add notes on groups, and use the “i” panel on process nodes to rename, change kind, delete, or review inputs and outputs.
Universal search: Find published process nodes and process groups from search and @-mentions.
Work instructions: The media library shows which instructions use each file and blocks deletes when media is still in use.

Work instruction approvals: Organizations can require a reviewer to approve a draft before it can be published; assign reviewers and track approval status on the draft.
Clearer version states: Draft, published, and archived replace the old “latest” flag; banners on deprecated or archived versions help you jump back to the current published instruction.
Manage published instructions: Deprecate instructions you no longer use, bring them back, restore an older version into a new draft, or duplicate a published instruction into a new one.
@Mentions in work instructions: Tag V2 parts and tools in procedure steps with quantity and unit of measure; a sidebar rollup totals parts and tools across the procedure.
